The design story

The Ceyhan river runs down from the mountains of Kahramanmaraş towards the Mediterranean, along routes nomadic families followed for centuries. Ceyhan is a rug in the spirit of their weaving: broad bands of red, navy and ivory, crossed by small figures — trees, birds, stars — and a strip of bright little squares like a line of mosaic tesserae. Graphic and cheerful, and honest about where it comes from.

Styling your room

Use natural wood, white walls and denim blue in a family room; the runner adds rhythm to a hallway.
